2 times interview for different role in different time periode , made it into the last process just to be ghosted by HR. Four times interview from HR to user. Guess that they forget candidate's time is also valueable.

Recruiter reached out about a on-site position which I had let her know I’m not near the city where their office is in and asked if they’d consider remote. She had let me know we can “find a solution about this issue in further communication”. I spoke to the the hiring manager next who had no idea the recruiter had put me forward as a candidate even though I was not local to their office. Didn’t hear back for over 2 weeks after following up twice and the recruiter told me the position is closed. What does that even mean? I asked her for additional details and feedback and got ghosted of course.

It is a three level interview, HR is very accommodating to the needs and questions. Leads are very helpful as well. Can get very technical in the later part of the interview
