One on one interview. The interview took about 30 mins to 40 mins. Asked mostly about your strengths and how you will utilise your strengths in the job. Had a couple of more difficult questions

How would you ensure that the talents you recruited from overseas has their visas processed smoothly and quickly?
4 rounds, first with the hiring manager, then their boss, then cross function recruiter from the wider TA team and finally HRBP. Overall was alright, questions are pretty standard. Mandarin interview throughout

Quite straightforward. I was contacted by a TA from Singapore, she's very friendly. Interview process are quick, they seem to know what kind of TA they're looking for. Overall, it was quite face as it took less than 2 weeks.

Interview process was smooth, but at the offer stage they offered me $1k lesser than my expected salary.
