There were two rounds of interview. The first round asked situational based questions regarding the following themes: - Operational judgement - Stakeholder management - Prioritisation & time management - Process improvement mindset - Adaptability & ownership The second round was also situational based but more difficult questions regarding stakeholder management and operational judgement.
