Interviews were processed very efficiently. Salary offered was extremely competitive, but that was also because they struggled to fill the role due to their very specific requirements. It was a confusing, perplexing process that was fairly pleasant up until the moment I spoke to the hiring manager, who 1) didn't even read my CV 2) wasn't sure who I was 3) didn't know what the role was about 4) was extremely rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional It was clear that there were a number of problems with the company, the role, and the communication structure within (all of which can be corroborated by other crypto-enthusiasts who have applied/interviewed for this company). The biggest red flag was definitely the hiring manager, who really should consider a career in Hollywood if they decide to recast the Devil wears Prada with an Asian-centric cast.

Lack of respect to candidate time (re-schedule half an hour after the scheduled time) No feedback after the interview (not even a "Thank You" email). Ghosting (no reply to candidate emails asking for update) Honestly, they look really disorganized, moving with no direction and changing priorities on the fly. Seems a terrible place to work if things start like this...
