The interview process involved three rounds, one Skype video call, two face to face interviews with the manager of the team I would be working in and the head of people, then three face to face interviews including a presentation on a topic of my choice, the co-founder and the quality specialist within the team I was applying for. The interviews were arranged within the week and the company were accommodating towards me travelling from Reading. I heard back quickly regarding whether I had been successful each time. I really enjoyed the interviews, they weren't too formal and the company were extremely warm and welcoming which made me feel very relaxed. It was nice to meet a variety of people from different functions and ask them questions about what it is like to work in the company.
