I found the interview at Butternut Box to be a very welcoming and educational experience. First I had a Phone Interview, followed by a task to do and then was invited for a face to face interview. The interview started with a brief introduction to the office (and their dogs!). I then had three separate conversations with the hiring manager, the Head of People and lastly one of the co-founders.
