The Interviewer asked me to describe deeply some project I did, I shared deeply the system design and implementation details with him. He asked me if I did this project alone I said yes, and he wondered why other people didn't participate in this project I answered others were having in that time their areas of implementation. Then I received the feedback that I have deep tech. skills but I don't have much collaborative experience. I do have many examples of collaboration but the interviewer didn't ask any questions related to my collaboration experience at all. This is a unique example of a non-competent interviewer experience.
