You had to do a take-home assignment that was pretty interesting and relatively easy. The time it took to complete was fair if you didn’t care to produce a decent result. Once that was done you had a meeting with their Operations person, which was pretty standard. I think it was maybe a lot too personable, as I left feeling confident based on the conversation, but other than that, it was ok.

At first, there was an automatic form to fill out on Indeed. Then, eventually, receiving an email with the next steps: research assignment with 2 questions; 1 "grindset" question; and to submit a video of yourself answering questions.
