Was contacted via LinkedIn and scheduled for an initial interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was transparent, but slightly condescending in their choice of words & tone. The recruiter was transparent about salary range, which was low for what my experience and my expectations. When I spoke to that, the recruiter acted as if I needed to take a lower paying job because my skills were not worth what I was asking. It did come off as offensive. We mutually agreed not to move forward to the next interview.
