I had an interview where they only asked us basic questions and we had to submit out documents and shift would be given accordingly. Took around 2 weeks to start work.
The interview process was welcoming, professional, and straightforward. The manager asked clear questions, explained the position thoroughly, and created a comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the friendly attitude and quick communication, making the overall experience positive and encouraging.
