Very easy, you just have to talk to them pretty much. You will need to dress very professional in order to get this position, being bilingual is a significant help as well. Be sure to arrive early because they are strict on punctuality.

The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
Long and boring. I met all of their requirements but they wouldn’t hire me. The interviewer was fake nice. But aleast she offered me a drink. I interviewed with them 4 times, all denied.
