I received a very informal email from a Resourcing Administrator asking me about my availability to have a chat about the position. There was no suggestion that this conversation will be a telephone interview. Although, I had my CV and was prepared, I did not expect a proper telephone interview as this was not clarified.

contacted by internal recruiter, I then had a 1st stage interview with the manager who advised me they would be contacting me within a week with feedback, he even added that they offer feedback even if you’re not successful!and never received any feedback / follow up after that. The way they treat people in the selection process tells a lot about a company and the people that work there! Clearly not a good place to work for! I have met some horrible people that have worked there in managerial roles…

Good interview process, competence based questions. Great candidate experience. Feedback in a timely manner, good and approachable communication. There were three stages one of the face to face. No tests.

after submitting CV,it took almost 2months to get the interview chance. and it was made up as simple verbal language test, and verifying documents test as well. it was not that hard.and the interviewer were very friendly!
