Found on Indeed, applied through website. 2-3 days in total it took from applying to receiving interview date/time (was telephone number I didn't recognise to begin with, but 2nd time they left a voicemail, I rang back but unavailable so left a message, requested if it's easier option to email me instead, we confirmed interview over email easily enough).
Recruiter was lovely, her tone was so friendly. I checked glassdoor for interview questions and got asked none of the ones I prepared for (ha typical).
I think I could tell straight away DURING telephone call my chances was slim, as she asked why I left my previous role (illness) and I'd already mentioned/requested reasonable adjustments earlier in conversation relating to another illness.. so I didn't really sell myself there even though I manage them well.
My answers weren't structured either, and found I was 'reading from my CV' in random orders as I was flustered, rather than calmly thinking, and to the point, what skills/experience I actually have.
The interview was around 10 minutes so very quick (probably because I rushed my answers tbh).
