The interview process was easy! I applied online, received a call from the hiring manager, and scheduled an interview. They sent me an e-mail with the address and map of the building. I spoke with a couple of employees in passing while waiting for my interview and they highly recommended the job. I went into the room and there were two people there (the hiring manager and the new hiring manager in training). They asked me basic questions about my experience in customer service, and also asked me about myself. They have you fill out an e-mail with other questions at some point too, I can't remember if that was before or after.
