I was contacted by a recruiter after sending my CV via an employee.
After a short chat with the standard information and questions (Who are Buildots, what are they looking for, what's my history, why am I leaving, etc.) she scheduled a Zoom technical interview with one of the team leads.
The technical interview started with a review of the company's products, me talking about an interesting project I've worked on, and then then the coding part. After the coding part was done, the interviewer asked me some questions about my solution and what I would have changed given more time/different requirements. He then gave se some time for questions about the company/role, and the interview was over.
About a week later, the recruiter called me, told me they decided not to move forward with the process and gave me the interviewer's feedback regarding my solution and why they made that decision.
