The interview process is done the same day you fill out the job application at the branch office. The application is not located online. You must appear in person to fill out the application and do the interview. There are also IQ and test you must take to show your ability and capability in carryout the job description.

The questions are basic: Do you smoke, use drugs, or do alcohol? What is your highest degree? Have you ever worked as a security officer? Where and why did you leave? For me this was actually my first job in the U.S.
