I initially had a phone interview that was very brief. I was asked what prior experience I had and why I wanted to make the move. My 2nd interview was conducted by my manager, team lead and our HR rep. Normally I would feel nervous but they did a great job at making me feel relaxed. It was not a rushed process and they allowed me to say everything I needed to say and they made me feel like what I had to say was important.
