Hiring is done based on national level competitive exams or through GATE score. Interview is sometimes taken or not taken based on managements mood. Exam is really tough and needs very good basic skills.

average experience and performed good but not bad, this is never attend this interview, i learned a lot and i cannot relocated this location. The panel asked questions on telecommunications concepts, my technical skills, and problem-solving abilities, making it an insightful experience.
