Based on the number of times I've applied to Brooksource, at this point I believe it is company policy to ghost all interviewees who are not being chosen for a job offer. The first interview is a simple and casual phone interview to learn more about the position and for Brooksource to learn more about you and what you're aiming for. Assuming you used the exact keywords they're looking for, you might be lucky enough to secure that second interview, a Zoom conference that serves as a follow-up where you may be asked more technical questions related to the position. All throughout the interview process, the recruiter you speak to promises that they'll keep you on-file and contact you about additional opportunities available through Brooksource should any open up. This never happens. You then find out that the job was filled via LinkedIn sending you a notification. Further contact with the person you interviewed with yields zero replies. Any potential follow-up emails are wasted and fall on blind eyes. While I understand that the company is surely busy with the hundreds of applicants it receives a day, the fact that every Brooksource interviewer consistently ghosts applicants not selected for the job offer tells me that any effort put into applying for opportunities through Brooksource is a consistent waste of time unless you happen to be -more- than qualified enough for whatever job is being offered. At this point, I would rather an interviewer tell me, "You were not selected, and, also, you are bad", as it would be a far more humanizing experience than being ignored without fail.

Painless and easy. Clear communication throughout the process, and it was clear that they want you to succeed. Would highly recommend all entry level applicants work with Brooksource to enter the industry.
