Extremely unprofessional/unethical and poorly structured. For the first round interview, the Director and VP did a full hour in person with complete proper (but not difficult) questions, however when I came in person for the second and final round, the receptionist this time didn’t even have my name in their system for anything (I had to show her my outlook invite) where she then had to call to see what is happening. On top of that, I had arrived 20 minutes early and the first part (HR) lady took me early since “she had another meeting” - which is extremely inconsiderate (I usually like to look through stuff and use the washroom before) and the receptionist kept saying she’s coming shortly so I felt rushed and clearly shows she wanted to get me over with. It gets worse. For the second part with the SVP, I kept waiting in the room for a while and the SVP finally came in saying she had no idea what room to come to and tried to contact the HR lead (who I already had an interview with), where I had to tell her that I already interviewed with her and she was surprised cause she had no idea. It was clear from this whole process and the stark difference between the first and second round is that not only they lack organization but they clearly didn’t value me as a candidate when it came to the final round. Turns out they picked the other candidate that had interviewed 2 days before me and kept me waiting for over a week (until the other candidate accepted). Completely wasted my time and energy and revalidated the toxic environment this company is known for.
