1 - Normal HR interview where they seek for your motivation and alignment with Broadview values (very important for them)
2 - Online tests - same as the ones you find when applying to J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs or other major IBs.
3 - Investment case that you have to prepare in one week. This last step is very difficult and you need proper preparation for it.
