Hi everyone, I interviewed for a company as a 2years experienced candidate. One by one I gave 3 rounds of technical interview and 1 hr round with the salary discussion as well. The hr mentioned they will send the offer letter shortly and asked me if i am sure i will join the organization because they really want me to be sure. Later after all the discussion I was hopeful about the job but then I get a call day after that apparently I have to give 1 more “ technical + managerial “ round. So overall 5 interviews and idk how many further. When asked about it . The reply - “ it’s decided by the panel “ . I am frustrated at this point.
Process was fairly standard and straightforward. HR round was smooth and friendly. technical rounds with managers went fairly standard involving a handful of leetcode (easy) questions, time complexity, etc very smooth process.
After moving onto the director round which involved more emphasis on behavioural questions.
The interview was 3 round process with round 1 being technical engineer, round 2 being technical advanced and 3rd being HR
I was asked several questions like DBMS, OS, DSA, SQL and then some communication test.
