Applied through schools coop site and was scheduled for an interview a few days after the posting closed. The interview was 45-60 minutes and was with three people over the phone. Most of the interview was going over the technical skills on my resume. A short programming exercise was also given. The only technical questions that were asked were basic operating system questions, for example, what is a semaphore, what is the difference between a process and a thread. The interview was relaxed and was very similar to interviews from other companies requiring similar skills. Note that the interview was for a large number of software development positions and was catered to what the applicant was interested in, in my case, it was low level programming.
