Interviewed Oct 2024 I have applied online for this position, was interviewed first by a Manager. Then I have been asked to perform a test assignment which was a case study for a B2B SaaS marketing strategy. Which took me good few days to make. Then I had a final interview with the same person + another manager. They praised my case study and told me that there are other 2 candidates, and they will make a decision by next Wednesday. Next Tuesday I received an automatic email saying the role is closed and they didn't choose me. I decided to follow up with the manager I talked with before to get some feedback on Thursday, to which he replied to me that it was an automatic email from the system since they closed the role in the system, but they actually chose me from other candidates. Mind you he did not apologize for the mistake in the system nor did he or anyone on their team send me a proper offer. Just a dry clarification email saying they chose. Then he followed it up by saying that now they are in the process of closing few new clients, thus only once they close them they can give me an actual offer. I followed up 2 weeks later, then 2 months later. And each time I would receive a dry email saying they are still in process of closing those clients. The question is why would you waste my time and your time on those job interviews if you are not planing to actually hire anyone soon. Especially if you don't have enough clients/work to hire new people? I have received no explanation or apologies, which leads me to believe it is an extremely unprofessional company that I would not recommend to anyone. Or maybe they are even scammers/posting false jobs ads in order to train their HR staff
