The interview process was difficult. It was my first time working with eClaims and I am not sure they were ready to take a chance on an unseasoned candidate. I began with a phone interview, followed by an in person 1:1. Afterwards, I received an email notifying me that they'd decided to hold off on hiring. A month later, they reached out again and asked if I would still be interested in the position. I had to begin the interview process again and had 3 more interviews before finally being offered a position.
