I was approached by William Kovach on Linkedin, I spoke with William and was consistently told that I would be a perfect candidate for the position. William even told me that he would speak to the hiring manager to recommend me for the position above the original intended position. I then interviewed with Justin Miller, Justin reiterated the same comments as William. I received an email a week later stating their moving forward with other candidates, I'm not sure how someone who is considered "perfect" is being denied a position, but this seems to be a consistent trend according to other reviews.
