the interview consisted of 3 stages lthe first stage was video interview then a personality test and last but not least was business acumen and then a call with HR manager I was asked many questions
First round was a classic management consulting round with 2 interviews each with 10-15min fit part, a business case and the opportunity to ask questions at the end. I had open and interesting conversations with both of my interviewers.

Why do you want to work for us instead of the competition?
It is the classic format in the consulting industry: online assessment + 3 rounds with cases to solve during the interview + personal fit interview. The last round is a case to prepare up front.
