Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The process began with a brief phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a second Zoom interview with both the recruiter and another team member. While the conversations themselves went smoothly, there was an underlying tone of superiority that made the experience less welcoming.
A major concern was the lack of communication throughout the process. I had to follow up after both interviews, as several days had passed each time without any updates. Ultimately, I received a generic rejection email through Indeed, not even directly from the recruiter’s profile, rather than a more thoughtful response. Given the time and effort candidates invest in the process, a short phone call or even a direct and personalized email would have demonstrated basic professionalism and respect.
If this is how they treat candidates, it raises concerns about how they engage with employees. Based on my experience, I would not recommend pursuing opportunities with this company.
