I applied online, saw their banned at their main office. They took several weeks to get back to me. At the interview, they told me to write down my favorite childhood memory. I then met with HR & began the interview. I got back to them, so I could proceed with the process of accepting the job. They drug test, mouth swab. Eventually was placed at Texas Hill Country School. I met with the program director there and she gave me a tour & we spoke about availability. Very quick process, once you do the interview! They also have implemented random drug testing.
