I was called in for a interview and it was great. The DON was nice and used respect. She did like a verbal test to make sure I knew what I was talking about. After the interview she took me around and showed me the place and where everything was and then she told me I was hired.

Entrevista
Pretty simple 10 minute interview followed by a background check (on your own time) and a 3 hour paid orientation. It's only one day and you're usually able to attend less than a week after accepting the position. Also orientation is paid at minimum wage.

Called for interview, set up interview, showed up for interview, manager was not there, was told to come back later, came back later that day, asked about my experience and why I was interested in home health, hired on the spot.

Entrevista
The interview process was professional and she answered all questions I had. They didn't sugar coat what the job Intel's. They were straight forward and brief with intelligence. My interviewer was also nice and easygoing, she was very understanding with the concerns I may have had. She made sure of my experience with working with people by asking questions and listening. I felt positive after the whole interview and grateful!
