Full day interview sessions to get an idea of the company culture, and for the company to learn about you and see if you would be a good fit. This involves group discussion, case studies and a one-on-one interview, as well as a Q&A session for any other questions you may have. After the initial interviews you may be asked to stay to meet with some department hiring managers. If those hiring managers see potential and if you are also interested in the positions they are offering, you will likely get called in for a second day interview, slightly shorter than the first full day interview and/or follow-up phone calls. Overall had a great experience talking to everyone. The culture is a hit or miss, and it really depends on the kind of person you are and if you think you would thrive in that kind of an environment. Everyone I met was very intelligent, kind and informative.

The process is lengthy, designed to throw candidates off and involves spending hours talking personality tests, reviewing materials and watching videos. There was a "life interview", a group interview, a mock client interview, and Q&A.
