I was contacted by a recruiter after applying online. The process took about three weeks and it was very straightforward. First call I explained my interests and academic background to the recruiter. She explained the responsibilities for the position and I was given a chance at the end of the call to ask any questions about the company. Second round interview was a skype call with managers, where I further explained my experience. I'm a graduating college student so it was mainly questions on class/internship projects, how I handled conflict with people on a team, and other behavioral type questions. The technical aspect was much more qualitative than other tech consulting positions; they primarily asked what languages I was comfortable with and to give specific examples of previous coding projects. All in all they just want to see if your personality is a good/productive fit for the team. I was given an offer the next day.

Teams interview w/ two other folks from the Company. If they like you then it's an onsite interview with two people, usually directors. It was more conversational than technical. Everyone was very kind.
