Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en BridgePhase en sept 2024
Entrevista
The process was a recruiter screening call and then scheduling for their "final interview" what they called a technical assessment which consisted of 3 live programming scenarios and a long deployment scenario touching five different technologies. A total of 50 minutes to do all of it live with two engineers watching and asking questions while being on camera and recorded. Honestly unless you worked with all those technologies day in and day out I think most people would be hard-pressed too do well in their assessment. I may not have been the right person for the job but I am left not really feeling confident in knowing that because I don't really feel like their scenario gives a thorough understanding of your skills or knowledge. It's kind of a binary result instead. I would encourage them to have some sort of intermediary step asking different knowledge and stuff on these technologies and then doing the technical assessment at the end and not as the sole way of determining your knowledge because if you don't know just one of the technologies you can't finish the thing which causes a domino effect in the scenario.
