I had a Zoom interview that started 30 mins late with no reach out or warning of the lateness. Not a great first impression. I knew I was not their cup of team when I responded that though rare, there are times when a client can and should be told no. Judging by their expressions, I could tell this was the type of company that will pick up a client's call at 11pm.
