I applied to the Collections position with Alliance through indeed. A recruiter called me two days later inviting me to the hiring event that was being held that next week. Attended the hiring event and got a tour of the facility. I ended up interviewing with one of the supervisors of collections. She was nice and friendly. She made the interview very relaxed and laid back. The interview lasted about 20 mins. Six days later I was called and offered the position. My background cleared 3 days later and I start in a couple weeks.
