Application Review
The employer screens your resume and cover letter to check if you meet the basic qualifications.
Initial Screening (Phone or Video Call)
A short interview (10–30 minutes) with HR or a recruiter to confirm your background, availability, and interest in the role.
Technical/Skills Assessment (if applicable)
You may be asked to complete a test, task, or project to demonstrate your skills, especially for technical, writing, or admin roles.
First Interview (HR or Manager)
Focuses on your experience, motivation, and soft skills. This could be in person or online.
Second Interview (Team or Panel)
You meet with multiple team members or managers. Expect deeper questions about how you work, solve problems, and fit with the company culture.
Final Interview (Optional)
Sometimes includes executives or a final decision-maker. May involve salary discussions.
