The interview process was positive. It was pretty smooth scheduling and I appreciated how quickly the recruiter got back to me. The process is to meet with the recruiter, then the HM, from there it would be meeting with the team.

Seen reviews/ comments on Reddit where people say "don't waste your time, Braze doesn't hire for 90% of jobs posted." Ignored this advice and am here to tell you, the rumors are true. Overall feeling like this is a blessing in disguise as it seems this company is lacking substantial direction. The process took over 2 months, consisting of 7 different interviews, including a project where a prompt was given live. Overall process was excessive, with no helpful feedback. I had my final interview and didn't hear from the recruiter for a full week. After concern I was being ghosted, I emailed the recruiter. She called and mentioned the team decided on another candidate (lol sure Jan) and the feedback was I didn't have enough PLG experience. Was never asked about that in any of my interviews, nor was it listed in the JD. Wha? Not sure what kind of show they're running here but I'll consider myself as marked safe.
