Interviewed for an initial position both parties agreed I was over qualified (through final rounds). Interviewed for the next position (final interview). Decided not to move forward with either position after interviewing for 2 months. Really seemed like across all interviews with many team members everything was going well. Pretty poor communication between candidate and across their own divisions. Really felt like a gigantic waste of time
