I applied online. I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a manager which lead to an in-person panel interview. They asked some of the usual interview questions and about my comfort level with Excel. I felt like they spent more time trying to sell me on the job than I tried to sell them on my qualifications. It was an overall easy and positive experience.
