Long, Stressful Interview & Unstable Work Environment My interview with BrainRocket lasted almost 3 hours, with constant remarks like “If you don’t answer this question, we will end the interview”. This made the process unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. Although I passed the interview and was hired, I only worked for about a month before witnessing mass layoffs of both new hires and long-term employees. There was no proper onboarding, making it difficult to integrate or understand internal processes. The company’s instability, poor communication, and lack of support make it a very risky place to work, regardless of your experience level. Pros: None worth mentioning. Cons: Long and stressful interview process, lack of onboarding, mass layoffs, poor communication, unstable environment.
