The interview process consisted of three stages:
Online Screening Test (1 hour): Focused on basic software engineering concepts and problem-solving skills.
Technical Assessment (6 hours): A hands-on task designed to evaluate practical coding ability and technical approach.
Final Technical Interview: Conducted with the Tech Leads to assess technical depth, experience, and overall fit for the role.
