The interviews were not too bad. I had 2 in person interviews, and I guess you can say I also had an initial phone interview. Process lasted 2/3 days total. The interviews were not weird for me. Each person asked me about my experience, how I felt I was qualified, where I saw myself in 5 years. You know, the usual. I believe that they prefer people with a Bachelors, even though I never saw that as a requirement, once I got the job I heard it mentioned somewhere. The toughest part was having to give a tour at random of the property knowing that you've never seen it. Other than that, every thing was good. I got the job and started a week later. They are pretty fast with the paper work process.

I had to give a random tour to the Regional Manager of the property for my last interview. It was not difficult, but very unexpected. Just a little weird having to open the door of the room and start making up stuff as you discover it. But other than that every thing was fine.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this role at Bozzuto. In my experience, there was virtually no work-life balance, and burnout set in quickly due to unrealistic expectations and constantly shifting priorities. The interview process involved three rounds—a phone screening with a recruiter, an in-person interview with the property manager, and a final interview with the general manager and regional leadership—yet the reality of the role felt very different from what was presented. The position ended up feeling like multiple full-time jobs combined: managing social media, handling leasing responsibilities, and conducting nonstop tours from 9am–4pm, often with little training or support. The company did not feel family-oriented, and consistent weekend work made it difficult to maintain any personal or family time. Management frequently came across as disorganized and unprepared, offering limited guidance to staff and little meaningful support to residents. Being placed at a takeover property added another layer of stress, with a tense and challenging environment that made daily responsibilities even more difficult to navigate. Overall, this did not feel like a supportive or sustainable workplace.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and easy. Not too difficult to get a job here. The work environment is okay. It largely depends on your direct manager and regional manager.
