Pretty lenient; I was screened for the position from a group of current employees, and so my performance was known. The group consisted of students who were active part time employees, who qualified for financial aid, and who had performed well at their current positions. To my knowledge there wasn't any hiring across offices, but if you were identified as a member of this group, you could be considered for higher positions within your current university office. Most of the questions were regarding schedule.

Very easy and straight forward. No stress at all, it almost seems as if they want you to succeed. Interviewer very helpful as well in making it a low pressure environment

Entrevista
I applied online and got an email asking to do an initial interview, which I opted to do on Zoom. About a week after the interview, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview in the office I'd be working in. Overall, it was a pretty easy process, though I felt there could have been a better explanation of what the job was, with more details and expectations.
