How would i resolve conflict with another individual
Really good, they were nice. Insightful questions and information about the role. Really easy to balance school and work, they were really flexible and willing to work with you. I interviewed over zoom, which allowed me to find time between classes.

The interview process is quite easy for me. There are various on-campus jobs. Apply for those you are interested and are good at helps a lot since you will not be the only one applying most of the time. Don't stress too much.
