I had two rounds of interview:
- The first round was with the internal recruiter/HR which was a pleasant experience. He was very nice and informative.
- The second round was with a panel of two ppl.
One of the interviewers (the hiring manager) was not paying attention to the flow of the conversation at all and was distracted (talking to other people off screen, which I could hear while I was answering her questions); as the result when I asked her to whom this position would report directly, she (incorrectly) referred to the agile team(instead of herself)!!! it seemed she was not interested to be in the interview session and participated unwillingly!
The other person was a very nice, experienced engineer who asked the majority of the technical questions and at the end was very happy with all the answers, and agreed with all the solutions I proposed for the questions.
