My university organises 8 month work placements with companies around Ireland and abroad. Boston Scientific holds interviews on my campus with two interviewers sent from the company. However, I was studying abroad at the time so I had a phone interview. They are very accommodating like that.
It was a relaxed conversation with questions mainly related to my CV and past work experience. Follow the STAR tenchnique (situation, task, action, result) to answer questions and you'll succeed.

Total of 6 interviews. This was the most I've had with any organization. Overall process happened really fast. 5 interviews virtually and the final meeting was in person on the site that I would be responsible for.

2 rounds of interview with hiring and director, then you will know the result by 2 weeks. Then if you pass, they will ask to check your background with the refference person ( your ex boss )
