Difficult process, but it was fair and in a friendly atmosphere. There are many calculations, which are not hard, but it is easy to make errors. The downside is the lousy HR personnel, below expectations and clearly not at the professional level of BCG consultants: confused, disordered, and superficial, enough to ruin the otherwise positive experience.
