The interview process used to be a bit more complicated, but as of 2022 BCG has two rounds (I believe) - a preliminary round with online case and personal interview, then another with in person cases and Partner interviews

Multiple rounds with consulting case interview portions and fit portions. Each round of interviews had multiple interviews, and the interviewer gets more senior as you progress through the interview process
