Very fast and friendly recruiting process. Won a local BCG competition and was invited directly to the first round. Two rounds of interview were very typical for the industry, however, the fit part was bigger and more interesting than in two other MBB companies.

Cv screening, then 1st interview with cogkitive test and two cases. 2nd round two new cases then offer. First round wirh mid level associates. 2nd round you do with more senior employees. I didn’t get through to the second round.
