First round was an online exam with case questions - 23 questions in 50 minutes
Second round were three 50 min interviews with different consultants, each of them asked behavioral questions followed by a case and Q&A.

Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure
